Executive Director: Angela Richter
Angela holds a MS in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Environmental Studies from Villanova University. She previously worked as Outreach Coordinator for Clean Water Action as well as held a variety of planning related jobs. Angela brings passion and knowledge about our aquatic-urban ecosystems to her role at SBCA.
Program Coordinator: Teresa Johnson
Teresa earned her Master’s in Environmental Management & Sustainability from St. Edward’s University and a BS in Natural Resources Conservation from the University of Massachusetts. She has previous experience leading environmental education programming. Teresa is passionate about fostering a connection to the environment in others and believes empowering local communities is essential to sustainable conservation.
Science Policy and Communications Intern: Anne Marie Cleary Rauker
Anne Marie joined the Save Barton Creek Association as a Science Policy and Communications Intern of June 2019. Anne Marie is currently a student of University of Indiana- Bloomington pursuing a Dual Masters of Public Affairs and Environmental Science. She is passionate about community engagement and creating sustainable policy strategies that protect our natural resources. An avid advocate, Anne Marie aims to shape national and state environmental policy while coordinating communication plans that inform and inspire the public.
